Your access, browsing and usage of this Site and Services indicate your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. With regard to any travel services purchased via this Site, it is agreed that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to all transactions made through this Site. In case of non-agreement with any clause herein, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SITE & SERVICES. Maharaja Tour reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and your utilization of this Site shall be subject to the then-current terms and conditions.
It is for personal use alone. You shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything you download from the site, including text, audio, video, and graphics, for any commercial or business purpose. Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of use, Maharaja Tour permits you to have access to the site for the sole purpose of entering, viewing, and using it. You undertake that you will not in any way disrupt the functioning of this site.
A reservation may be made a maximum of 12 months prior to the date of the start of the tour. Likewise, a reservation may be made a minimum of 1 day prior to the date of the start of the tour (subject to availability of the resource for which the reservation needs to be made). The reservation can be made either through our website or through our Operation Team.
An initial deposit must be paid by the client for his booking. The deposit value depends on the type of service hired by the client. For example, if a flight ticket or train ticket is required, then 100 percent advance payment is required, whereas hotel accommodation might need 50 percent to 100 percent payment depending on the hotel’s policies.
The advance payment can be paid either through our online credit card payment gateway, bank transfer, or PayPal, and there is a transaction charge that will apply to your booking amount. Before the completion of the trip, the entire amount has to be paid; Maharaja Tour reserves the right to make you pay the remaining amount (total quoted price minus advance payment) anytime during the trip depending on your mode of payment, or else you will have to make the final payment in cash to the driver just before the start of the trip.
Reservation modifications include modification of arrival or departure dates, and in case of any modifications, we will try our best to modify the reservation; otherwise, the current reservation will be canceled and a new one will be created.
