April and May can be very hot (35–45°C) but tours still run with extra hydration precautions. Yes — the Taj Mahal is closed every Friday for Friday prayers and is only open to Muslim worshippers during that time. Maharaja Tour always schedules Agra visits to avoid Fridays. The Taj Mahal is open from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset on all other days. Our signature sunrise visit on Day 4 gives you the most magical and least crowded experience possible.
Yes, with some adaptations. Most monument sites involve walking on uneven surfaces, and the Taj Mahal in particular requires leaving shoes at the gate and walking ~500 metres. We can arrange wheelchairs at select sites, adjust the pace of sightseeing, skip strenuous portions, and customise rest intervals. Please inform us about any mobility needs at booking so we can plan accordingly.
